Merchant & Mills Schnitt - The Barka

The Barka - A simple dog coat for your furry friend. Make it bagged out with lining or lined with bound edges. 

All seam allowances are 1 cm unless stated otherwise and are included in the pattern.

Skill level - advanced beginner

Fabric suggestions -Oilskin, dry oilskin, cotton jacquard, mid - heavy cotton canvas or twill, mid weight denim or corduroy. For the lining we would suggest barrier lining or a simple stable cotton. Consider if you will want to put this dog coat in the washing machine when choosing cloth - for example oilskin cannot be washed - you would let the dirt dry and then brush it off.

Stoffempfehlung: Traditional Oilskin, Dry Oilskin, Heavy Cotton Canvas/Twill, Gabardine, Cord, Denim. Denk dran, dassn nicht alle Materialien waschbar sind, z.B. Oilskin ist nicht waschbar. Dann bitte nur abwischen und bürsten zum Säubern.
